Christian Louboutin Haul //

Dear Readers,

I am so excited to share this post with you. As it was my birthday on Saturday, I spent the day unwrapping presents and stuffing my face with food, so good blogging and regular Instagram uploading was out of the question.

But I'm back with a proper product related post today. To my surprise I was lucky enough to receive two Christian Louboutin makeup products (thank you so much Luc and Karen). I have always admired how they sell their products and the concepts are always so distinctive. There is a clear Christian Louboutin look.

I was in absolute awe of their manipulation of packaging when I last visited Harrods. You can see how they have experimented with the aesthetic that comes from their iconic shoes and how it has been shaped around their cosmetics, even for the smallest products.

Visual appearance aside, you have got to think rationally as to whether a product holds its quality. It's all well and good buying a product because 'it looks good', but if it is lacking in being a wow product, then there is no point in spending the money.

There is a unique experience when using the lip liner and lipstick. The liner glides on so smoothly and I love that it is not a pencil and has a retractable applicator. That way I don't have the risk of sharpening the product and breaking the liner.

The liner is subtle, but creates the perfect barrier and crisp edge so that any lipstick product does not bleed into the small creases around my lips.

The lipstick is really well pigmented and I just love the iconic Louboutin red shade. This particular lipstick includes a necklace attachment so it can be worn too. It's definitely a product you want to show off in your handbag.

To make it easier for you, I have left links to the products below:

You will definitely see me around wearing these products. Also, If you choose to purchase any of the Christian Louboutin cosmetics then I'd love to know in the comments below.

Stay Sweet,

Alice xx
