Best Beauty Products of 2016 //

Dear Readers,

Despite 2016 being one of the weirdest years to date, it would seem that we have all experienced a life-changing year, filled with a lot of negative outcomes. However, in spite of all the political shocks and celebrity deaths which have occured this past year (I am still not over Alan Rickman or George Michael), I wanted to write something a little light-hearted.

So as my final post for 2016, I am going to share with you all my favourite beauty products that I have used this year.

Review: Rianna Phillips England //

Dear Readers,

I was lucky enough to receive a customised Rianna Phillips phone case. The packaging holding the product reflected the aesthetic of the item perfectly, as printed tissue paper and photo prints adorned the box it came in.

The case was designed by Rianna herself and includes a drawing of a set of eyelashes and my blog name. I really love the case because of the made-to-order aspect, each design has the power to create an entirely unique look. A phone case works closely with any outfit and can develop your look from playing it safe, to playing it cool.

Upper East Eyelash Phone Case - £24

The Christmas Glitter Lip //

Dear Readers,

Firstly, Merry Christmas Eve!

If you're searching for the perfect glitter lip combination to try this holiday season then this easy look combines just four products and works perfectly together for a festive take on the red lip.

Line Yourself to Victory:

The most important step when creating a slick red lip is to line them first before applying any lipstick. This will create a strong barrier and will prevent any colour bleeding (because who wants to look like The Joker at Christmas).

Rimmel London Lip Liner (Red Diva) - £3.99

Using a red liner follow the natural shape of your lip. Then fill in the rest of your lips with the liner as this will ensure a better colour intensity.

Add The Colour:
Now you've got the outline sorted, you can go in and apply your lipstick. I opted for my go-to shade which is the classic Louboutin red.

Rouge Louboutin Silk Satin - £65

Gloss and Glitter it up:

Take a gloss (I opted for Max Factor) and dip the applicator into a glitter of your choice. I reused the glitter pot I bought at Partylol for my Halloween look. Alternatively you could use body glitter or any pigmented eyeshadow.

Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss

Using the combination of gloss and glitter, dab it across the lips gently to avoid any fall out.

Glitter - bought in store at Partylol

Clean up the edges with concealer.

Now you're ready to pout the night away with your festive glittery red lips.

Stay Sweet,

Alice xx

The truly spectacular Polesden Lacey

Retreating from the cold, I hid myself amongst mahogany furniture, extravagant floral displays and gold-plated interiors.

Whisky anyone?

I felt a little bit like a Prime Minister in these shots - *Chants* "Alice Bradley for Prime Minister"

It was so much fun to shoot this post at Margaret Greville's home, Polesden Lacey in Surrey. There is currently a Christmas exhibition going on at the venue, so if you like what you see in the pictures, then you will be blown away by the location in person. There is lots to do there including exploring the idyllic grounds, which is perfect for a Christmas country walk.

Have a very Merry Christmas.

The Christmas Jumper - Missy Empire Collaboration //

Dear Readers,

The Christmas Jumper is the ultimate seasonal weapon. They are a great way to inject some festivity into any outfit, without looking like you've tried too hard to become a resident of Whoville. However, I do believe the more wacky the jumper, the better.

When I saw this red slogan jumper, I knew I had to have it. Being a busy university student and having finals week and deadlines mounting, I found I couldn't quite soak up the Christmas ambience. This jumper totally summed up my mood. The feeling of wanting to relax but not quite being able to.

Now I am home for Christmas and I am feeling at-one with my over the top Christmas obsession. May the festivities commence!

I wore this jumper whilst shopping and I got a lot of looks; mostly laughter, the occasional snigger and the one-off look of disgust. RESULT! I managed to score all of those reactions in one day of shopping in Horsham and Guildford.

The Bradley Christmas Tree - 2016 //

Dear Readers,

I wanted to share this post with you sooner, but I had lots of deadlines and exams this past week. Luckily, I am now home for the holidays.

Last Friday, myself and my Dad were given all the responsibility to go and find this year's Christmas tree. Typically I go with my Mum, but she could not do it this year, so it was up to us to find the Bradley Christmas Tree.

I decided to film the experience for you all. Enjoy!

These drawing were based on an original photo from my blog and they have been developed in numerous ways.
