I hope you are all having a happy and healthy start to 2018. I am back in a great place again with my diet and exercise routine and that is all down to some great online content and apps.
I could so easily go to the gym, but with the intention of saving a little bit of money and also doing things on my own terms, I prefer to workout at home. So I thought why not share some of my favourite home workouts that you can try out too.
Cassey Ho is my current OBSESSION. She has everything you need for a good workout. She's energetic, motivating and hits you with killer moves that target your muscles in all the best ways. I love that a lot of her videos are aimed at specific muscle areas so you can workout quickly and intensely.
7 Minute Workout:
I have raved about this app a million times. But this app does exactly what it says on the tin. If you have 7 minutes free in your day, get a workout in.
Stop, Breathe & Think:
It may not be a workout as such, but taking time out of your day to meditate and work on your mind is just as important. I use Stop, Breathe & Think every night before I go to bed and I find it is a great way to switch off. Also if you have an Amazon Echo, you can enable the app on your device and it will play from your speakers.
